2. Can I schedule a meeting before paying?
Yes. You may request a fifteen-minute discovery call once your intake form is reviewed.
Extended consultations, sessions, or formal proposal development require a paid retainer.
3. What services do you provide?
We specialize in:
• Corporate storytelling architecture
• Legacy and multigenerational campaign design
• Smart-city infrastructure, sponsorship, and partnership development
• Executive and investor-grade media production
• Narrative and visual infrastructure systems
Custom engagements are accepted by invitation or executive referral only.
4. What are your business hours?
We operate by appointment only.
Where are you based?
Corporate operations are registered in Van Nuys, California, with project execution worldwide.
B. FINANCIAL POLICIES
5. What are your payment terms?
All invoices are due upon receipt.
Work begins only after payment clears.
All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, as stated in our Terms of Service.
6. Do you offer refunds or transfers?
No. Due to the strategic and intellectual nature of our work, all sales are final.
Refund requests, chargebacks, or payment reversals are treated as direct violations of company policy and may result in immediate termination of all active agreements.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are processed through secure invoicing via SWIFT, ACH, or wire transfer.
To ensure same-day processing, transfers must be received before 2PM EST on weekdays.
Cash equivalents, cryptocurrency, and check payments are evaluated case-by-case for qualified corporate clients only.
8. What is a Kill Fee?
If you cancel a project mid-engagement, you remain responsible for:
• Full payment for all completed work
• Fifty percent of remaining contract value
• Ten percent opportunity-cost coverage
This protects scheduling integrity.
9. What happens if I delay approvals?
Client-side delays automatically extend delivery timelines and may incur additional fees.
Please review Section VI of the Terms of Service.
C. OWNERSHIP, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10. Who owns the work once delivered?
Upon full payment, you receive a limited license to use final deliverables as defined in your executed Scope of Work.
All underlying intellectual property, frameworks, methodologies, and systems remain exclusive property of TASHA BLEU LLC.
All creative frameworks and methodologies are licensed, not sold. Ownership transfers only through a separate written licensing agreement.
11. Can I receive source files or raw footage?
Not by default. Raw files, master assets, and backend development materials remain Company property unless purchased under a separate licensing agreement, governed by California Law
12. How do you handle confidential information?
All engagements are protected under comprehensive non-disclosure.
We never disclose client data, strategic insights, or proprietary materials without explicit consent.
13. May I feature our collaboration publicly?
Yes—after written approval from our team.
The Company also retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, press materials, and investor presentations unless restricted.
D. COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS
14. How are expedited requests handled?
Requests marked urgent qualify for priority scheduling and incur rush fees ranging from twenty-five to two hundred percent depending on timeline compression.
An expedited-service invoice is issued within seventy-two hours of approval.

All messages are managed by our admin team.
Direct access to Tasha Bleu is reserved for executive-tier retainer clients.
Do not transmit sensitive or confidential data through WhatsApp unless a formal confidentiality agreement and interest fee are in place.
