Introduction: Lifecycle Extension Protocols — Campaign Continuity Portals

These Lifecycle Extension Protocols establish the framework for premium continuity engagements delivered through our structured Lifecycle Extension Portals (100-Day, 300-Day, and 500-Day options). By accessing these portals, clients commit to a strategic extension of their brand campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and amplified impact across diverse channels.

1. Purpose of Lifecycle Extension Portals

1.1 Lifecycle Extension Portals represent elite continuity services engineered to:

  • Extend the lifecycle of existing campaigns

  • Add net new, fully licensable assets

  • Support continuity across billboards, in-store displays, digital placements, tours, fan engagement environments, trade shows, festivals and other extensions

  • Build continuity around existing brand investments and announcements

1.2 Lifecycle Extension Portals are designed to complement, not supplant, a client’s agencies of record, platforms, or internal teams, fostering additive value within established ecosystems.

2. Portal Durations and Scope

2.1 The Service Provider delivers three core lifecycle durations to accommodate varying strategic horizons:

  • 100-Day Extension Portal

  • 300-Day Extension Portal

  • 500-Day Extension Portal

2.2 Each Portal may encompass tailored continuity suite combinations of:

  • Net new premium photo and video assets

  • Licensed drone captures (certificate of insurance available, up to $1,000,000)

  • Continuity of billboards, retail displays, homepage banners, and experiences

  • Fan cave concepts and tour-aligned continuity programming

  • Public relations efforts, including submissions of original content to third-party editorial and brand teams

  • Continuity around existing celebrity, athlete, or talent campaigns

Specific deliverables will be precisely defined in a separate engagement letter, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

3. Deposits, Fees, and Non-Refundable Terms

3.1 Lifecycle Extension Portals may necessitate a non-refundable security deposit to secure priority positioning in the Service Provider’s calendar.

This deposit is:

  • Applied toward premium continuity service’s

  • A partial pre-payment, not the full price

  • Not inclusive of Net Licensing fees

3.2 All remaining fees, including those for production, Net Licensing, and Net Bookings, will be explicitly specified in the engagement letter.

3.3 All security deposits are irrevocably non-refundable, representing compensation for priority access and scheduling, independent of outcomes or placements.

4. No Guaranteed Results or Placements

4.1 Lifecycle Extension Portals emphasize continuity and the creation of net new premium assets, prioritizing strategic enhancement over assured results. Reference: GLOBAL PROTOCOLS

4.2 The Service Provider does not guarantee:

  • An increase in sales, profit, or stock price

  • Any specific placement, feature, or timing on any platform

  • Decisions made by editorial teams, committees, or third-party platforms

4.3 Public relations efforts and continuity extensions constitute best-efforts submissions of original content. Ultimate decisions reside exclusively with independent decision-makers, underscoring the collaborative yet autonomous nature of these engagements.

5. Renewals and Long-Term Continuity Options

5.1 Upon completion of a Lifecycle Extension Portal term, clients may strategically advance their partnership by electing to:

  • Renew at 100, 300, or 500 days

  • Upgrade into a multi-year continuity plan

  • Enter a 2–20 year continuity partnership

  • Transition into a monthly continuity retainer

5.2 All renewals mandate an in-person meeting with the appropriate team (e.g., trade marketing, experiential, retail, or brand strategy) to meticulously align continuity goals, budgets, and next steps, ensuring sustained momentum and mutual success.

6. In-Person Meetings and Relationships

6.1 The Service Provider places paramount importance on in-person meetings for renewals to guarantee: Clear understanding of continuity objectives. Direct alignment with the appropriate internal teams.Strong long-term relationships and reduced miscommunication.

6.2 While initial engagements may proceed remotely, renewals for continuity commitments are contingent upon the successful completion of an in-person alignment meeting, reinforcing the foundation for enduring collaboration.

7. Role of the Service Provider

7.1 The Service Provider functions as an Executive Producer, delivering:

  • Budget-aware continuity planning

  • Coordination with internal teams

  • Oversight of production, rollout, and net new premium asset creation

7.2 The Service Provider does not represent, replace, or speak on behalf of any platform, agency, or internal client team, maintaining a position of independent expertise and facilitation.

8. Relationship to Global Protocols

8.1 These Lifecycle Extension Protocols operate in tandem with, and do not supersede, the Global Engagement Protocols available at tashableu.com/protocols.

8.2 In the event of any conflict, signed engagement letters will govern the specific project; otherwise, these Protocols and the Global Engagement Protocols both apply, providing a comprehensive governance structure.
