This executive function will:

  • Activate real-time storytelling across ZILLOW City’s R&D villages, AI mobility corridors, and infrastructure nodes

  • Deliver weekly licensed content across ZILLOW and affiliate platforms, aligned with your housing, mobility, and development initiatives

  • Secure long-term IP licensing partnerships with global creators in AI, urban design, and immersive media

  • Translate ZILLOW’s brand identity into frameworks for governance, sustainability, and experiential urbanism

This is not a marketing role. It’s a strategic, IP-embedded function designed to ensure that ZILLOW City becomes a living, scalable expression of your values—governing how residents connect, create, and live.
